How can I secure the free 2-year extended warranty?
To secure the 2-year extended warranty you must register your system here, and fill in all required details.
When does the extended warranty begin?
The extended warranty is valid from the expiry date of the original 3-year period that started on the aquarium purchase date (as shown on the invoice).
Can I transfer the warranty if I sell my system?
No. The warranty is non-transferable.
How do I show a representative that my system is still under warranty?
The warranty is linked to the tank serial number and is marked as such in Red Sea’s support systems.
